In this restaurant, the customer chooses from the riches provided by the sea: shellfish, sea urchins, fish of all shapes and colours, crustaceans... Here, Cantonese cuisine is sublimated by the chefs. On the menu: corn velouté with braised pork, tomato and beef soup and a wide choice of vegetables (spinach, seaweed, mushrooms...). Noodles are also the main course and tofu is used in many dishes. Special menus for dinner, to be enjoyed as a couple, are available (the range rises according to the price).
