PARC UTSUBUKI
If you are in the area during the cherry blossom season, this park deserves to be at the top of your list for a successful hanami . Considered one of the 100 most beautiful sites to contemplate the sakura, the place is a haven of peace not far from the Shirakabe Dozogun district. There are more than 4,000 cherry trees and 40,000 azaleas in the area alone. Located at the foot of Mount Utsubuki, the park is as much a place for relaxation and idleness as it is for a sporty stroll, via its paths leading to the summit (204 meters).
