Specialized tour operators Kulusuk

Arctic Wonderland has two hotels in Kulusuk and Tasiilaq, from which it organizes day and multi-day excursions. Activities include excursions by helicopter, 4x4, boat (to the Apusiajik glacier and Knud Rasmussen) or guided walking tours in and around the villages of Taasilaq (Valley of Flowers), Kulusuk and the village of Ikateq. In winter, you can try out their snowmobile or dogsled outings (in March and April), or even heliskiing, skiing or snowboarding!

Based in Kulusuk, close to some of the world's greatest wilderness areas, Pirhuk specializes in multi-day trips and expeditions on skis, dog sled or on foot (mountaineering) with experienced and passionate local guides, always with a taste for adventure and authentic exploration. They organize guided tours, but can also help you plan your own independent excursion. More rarely: Pirhuk also organizes ice-sheet crossings for the most experienced and well-prepared.
