ARCTIC SOUNDS FESTIVAL

Every year Sisimiut hosts this increasingly popular festival dedicated not only to Greenlandic music but also to other art forms (performances...). It is renowned for presenting a wide range of artists and highlighting the diversity of talent across the country. Cooperation with Iceland brings in artists from the neighbouring island and other Nordic artists from the Faroe Islands, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Estonia every year. Not to mention those of the Arctic world, including the capital of Nunavut (Iqaluit).
