The only real restaurant in Sisimiut is the one at the Sisimiut hotel, which is renowned among residents and gourmet visitors, especially because of its delicious and tasty traditional Greenland buffet, which will allow you to taste local specialities (seal, whale, muskox, fish, shrimp...) in the best conditions. It is served every Sunday. The rest of the week, the chef prepares appetizing dishes combining local and international ingredients. The decor is inspired by the wild and rugged Greenland nature.
