This superb 5,000 m² cave, also known as Avshalom Cave or Soreq Cave, is one of Israel's national parks. Discovered by chance in 1968, thanks to an explosion in a quarry, it contains stalactites, stalagmites and other original formations, some of which are said to date back 300,000 years. After watching a film on the formation of the caves, the visit is made in groups: it is necessarily accompanied by a guide.
