Taking its name from the altitude of Das above sea level, 1,219 metres, this table in the town centre offers preparations based on local and seasonal produce, with eight to ten seasonal suggestions off the menu each week. Some of the surprising ingredients used here are dandelion, Barbary duck and partridge... Depending on the season, you can taste red partridge pâté, accompanied by toast. The wine cellar is well stocked with local and international labels. Nice discovery.
