George F. L. Charles Airport is located between the green hills and golden sands of Vigie Beach, just 3.7 kilometers north of St. Lucia's capital, Castries. It is a convenient, small-scale facility that handles only regional flights between the various Caribbean islands; it is also an air cargo hub.
