Opened at the end of 2015, this is surely the city's most interesting culinary proposition. Chef Alejandro Mendez and his pastry chef wife Melissa welcome you to this small restaurant, in an air-conditioned dining room or on the terrace, to share good food in a very pleasant setting. Alejandro left to train in Guatemala City, before returning to open his own establishment in San Ignacio: a perfect blend of traditional Mayan and international cuisine.
