Travel Guide Traverse City

Located on the shores of East & West Grand Traverse Bays, this small town offers water activities and beautiful beaches at Clinch Park and Traverse City State Park. Winter is no exception, with a number of ski resorts and snowmobile trails in the vicinity, as well as skating rinks, cross-country ski trails, snowshoe trails and more. There are two districts to discover in the city: the Warehouse District, once abandoned and gradually being transformed (Warehouse MRKT and its boutiques, a number of microbreweries and restaurants...), and the Front Street District, the heart of downtown where the gourmet and shopping scenes are concentrated.
