The French Institute of Horse and Riding is the only public operator at the service of the development of the equine sector. Born from the merger between the National Studs and the Cadre Noir of Saumur, its actions are carried out for the benefit of the State and all the public concerned by the equine sector. This institute is deployed throughout the territory thanks to a network of prestigious sites composed of the Cadre Noir - national riding school and 22 National Studs in the regions.
