The Oyster Shed will have no trouble finding a place in the hearts of seafood enthusiasts. In its boutique in Carbost, you can choose small dishes to eat on outdoor tables (picnic area) or to take away, with oysters, langoustines, scallops, crab, lobster, sandwiches and many more. Or you can buy good local products - cheeses, chutneys... - to cook them yourself. You can also taste oysters on site by talking to the producer himself.
