The Minginish Peninsula is a large area of Skye, west of Glen Sligachan and south of Loch Harport. Many of the island's most beautiful landscapes are to be found here, such as the Cuillin and Fairy Pools. Two enchanting places to discover on foot. To the east, don't miss Sligachan, with its small bridges, its incredible and friendly pub, and its splendid view towards the mountains to climb. To the west, a visit to Talisker Bay is a must, for its imposing cliffs whose waterfall falls into the sea. Talisker means whisky and therefore distillery: the village is as charming as the stopover is unavoidable for spirits lovers.
