THE B.O.B.

Located in downtown Grand Rapids, The B.O.B. (Big Old Building) is a 70,000-square-foot historic red brick building. Built in 1903 as a grocery warehouse, it was saved from demolition by The Gilmore Collection, who transformed it into a versatile entertainment venue. With its historic charm, imposing size and relaxed atmosphere, The B.O.B. has become a must-see destination in Grand Rapids.
