Located on the banks of the royal river, the establishment offers a very pleasant setting for a gourmet stopover with the flavors of the local soil. The chef likes to cook the best of the seasons, giving birth each week to different, rich and authentic dishes, such as salmon gravlax with chervil, veal grenadin with trumpets, and pear with wine and blackcurrant ice cream, not to mention the takeaway dishes from Wednesday to Friday.
