Beach with a comfortable structure, at the entrance of Tayrona Park, offering options for all budgets

At 5 minutes from the entrance of Tayrona Park, at the end of a path crossing a palm grove, a comfortable structure to stay close to nature, by the sea. A peaceful place for the amateurs of long walks on kilometers of beach, or of surfing. A viewpoint allows you to admire the peaks of the Sierra Nevada in the early morning. Options for all budgets: hammocks, dormitories, camping, glamping and cabañas, all facing the sea, or in the forest. The nights are rocked by the roll of the waves and the wild life. A feeling of the end of the world!

Owner's Message

It is possible to live a natural dream by the sea! This unique and special corner of the Colombian Caribbean, Playa Los Angeles, is located at km 33.2 of the road that leads from Santa Marta to Riohacha (Troncal del Caribe), very close to the Tayrona Park, invites visitors to immerse themselves in the sounds, fragrances and colors of nature that intermingle providing a unique show: listen to the birds singing while you wake up, the lullaby of the waves, the sweet whistling of the wind making its way through the native trees, enjoy the exotic colors of its fruits and the intoxicating aroma of the flowers. The common areas (trails, swings, refreshments, restaurant, viewpoint of the Sierra Nevada) as well as the private areas (cabin rooms, glamping, hammocks, spa), are spaces carefully set in harmony with the environment, so that our visitors have an immersive experience, which will be complete as long as they are allowed to connect the senses and be one with nature.

We are a native peasant family, who with effort and love has built over the years this place that has become a haven of peace and harmony for all our visitors.

We visited for a day (didn't stay at the hotel). Entry was 15.000 COP for two people. Honestly, not really worth it in my opinion (although the pina coladas were great!) Beach was empty but there were no chairs or umbrellas to use or rent. Maybe people only stay there as a starting point to visit Tayrona Park, but we didn't really see many people. If you want to spend some time on the beach, you're better off walking 15 minutes east to the public beach where they have everything you need to enjoy the day on the beach!

Todo esta muy bien allí. Solo que llegamos en un mal momento. Por el cual no tuvimos servicio de restaurante. Y tuvimos que movernos fuera de las instalaciones para comer.
* hay muy lindos lugares para comer en los alrededores de playa los angeles.
