It is here, in the heart of the Urique canyon, that the verticality of the walls becomes vertiginous: up to 1,879 metres! You might as well say that the journey is breathtaking and worth the detour alone. Here you can still see majestic houses in the Porfirian style, located on both sides of the only street in the village. Although small, there are a few small hotels where you can spend the night; the region being very isolated, it may be appropriate to go there with local guides from Divisadero or Cerocahui. Remember to book your room during the Ultramarathon period (first week of March).
