Hotel bello ci siamo stati varie volte, ma l’ultima volta forse siamo stati un po’ sfortunati sia per quanto riguarda l’accoglienza, che per il risveglio burrascoso degli operai alle 7 del mattino, diciamo non è stata una cosa molto gradita, è una cosa che non accetto sopratutto in un hotel del genere, mi dispiace dirlo ma se dovete fare dei lavori o li fate da chiusi oppure in degli orari diversi per rispetto dei vostri ospiti dato che pagano anche abbastanza la permanenza presso di voi. Peccato perché era uno dei miei preferiti.

only after complaining again on day two were we moved to the other side of the building. not a very good experience! Hotels MUST advise guests when construction is occuring.
Restaurant was closed and no amenities were available such as bicycles. only saving aspect was the room service staff that were very helpful.
