In 1924, Duilio Bergamini founded this café-drugstore and began producing Rosolio, a liqueur made from roses and spices, by hand. Today the fourth generation manages the establishment and offers some specialities such as tagliatelle al prosciutto crudo and a long wine and liquor list. The room with its walls covered with dark wooden shelves, filled with bottles, seems to have remained unchanged for a century. Nice family atmosphere.

Abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cestino del pane, ma essendo una delle domeniche del carnevale persicetano ci sta che ci fosse un po' di confusione nel servizio, ma quel pane era davvero davvero buono!
