When it comes to honey, the Colin-Valentin family knows a thing or two! For 3 generations, they have maintained a precious know-how of beekeeper-harvesting. Today, it is Damien Colin who carefully tends the bees of the bee farm. He produces 100% Alsatian and natural honeys (without additives) which benefit from the IGP label (Protected Geographical Indication). Fir, chestnut, forest, lime, acacia or flower honeys: there is something for every taste and every meal! The shop offers many delicious by-products.
