The Darwin is THE place to be on the Wine Route! It is a bar (ciders, beers, wines) AND a cellar decorated with bric-a-brac. The whole is used as a setting for tastings of flambéed pies cooked on a wood fire according to grandmother's recipes. In addition to the aforementioned flammakuecha, this resto-bar offers gourmet planks whose composition changes with the seasons: Savoy tomme, Italian coppa chiffonade, Touraine sainte-maure cheese...
