In an old country house in the center of Llucmaçanes, chefs Javier Goya (Grupo Triciclo), José Fuentes (Kulto) and master sommelier Fran Ramírez have opened Burdell de Foc. In a tranquil setting, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy a wide variety of original dishes, mainly grilled. Free-range chicken, squid with roasted onions, eggplant with yoghurt and herbs... Everything is truly delicious, prepared with care and expertise.
