Casa Larga, the only winery in Rochester County, produces award-winning wines including an ice wine made using the traditional German method that won the award for the best sweet wine in the world. The estate, which celebrates its 45th anniversary in 2019, produces many wines (from sparkling to rosé and sangria) and offers other local products in its shop. Many events around wine and gastronomy take place there every year. Casa Larga even organizes a grape pressing festival in September
