Sonia Moine and Rufi Blanco welcome you to this beautiful establishment, offering comfortable rooms and a restaurant where Burgundy takes pride of place. The cuisine is particularly creative and refined. The Gourmand menu included a poached egg with girolles and armagnac cream, followed by a tasty hake fillet with sesame seeds, Teriyaki sauce and seasonal vegetables. We finish with a golden apple carpaccio topped with warm Chasselas syrup and fruit brunoise with pear ice cream. We love it!
