Park on a quiet, uninhabited island, with the surrounding waters of Little Inagua contributing to the supply of fish.
Created in 2002, the park covers an area of 25 hectares. It is a quiet, uninhabited island where changes in biodiversity are less present than elsewhere. Ocean currents flow through the Bahamas from southeast to northwest, so the waters surrounding Little Inagua contribute to the supply of fishing, breeding and the spread of eggs and larvae to other areas of the Bahamian marine territory.
