At the edge of the river (in its most enchanting part), halfway between Guilin and Yangshuo, Xingping is the most interesting destination in the region. These are the landscapes we can see on the back of the 20 RMB tickets. Tourism has been developing recently, and the calm of the places (for the moment) contrasts with the hechaha of Yangshuo.
