Charming restaurant with terrace offering an innovative cuisine with local products and wines of character.
Frantz Joseph, Maître Restaurateur, offers surprising, innovative cuisine steeped in tradition, thanks to his masterful use of local produce. On the day we came, we loved the eggs en meurette with mushrooms, followed by a duck breast with honey and orange, and finished with a crottin de Chavignol flambéed in old rum. In the dining room, on the terrace or by the fireside for tea time, Le Grand Monarque fully delivers on its promises. And it's home to a charming hotel where the Burgundian art of living works wonders.

L accueil est génial. Tout le personnel a le sourire, est bienveillant, à l' écoute. Nous avons été surclassées sans avoir rien demandé.
La chambre était spacieuse, grande salle de bain, très bonne literie, tout était impeccable.
Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l' hôtel. Cuisine excellente avec des produits frais.
