This microbrewery is the only one in the Palestinian Territories. The idea of launching a Palestinian beer was born in the minds of brothers Nadim and David Khoury in 1994, after the signing of the Oslo Accords. Taybeh is also brewed in Germany and the UK. A visit to the brewery includes a film screening and a guided tour of the facilities. Don't miss Oktoberfest, on the first weekend in October, if you're traveling at that time of year: concerts and other festivities are on the program, in addition to beer tastings.
