Binyamina Winery was founded in 1952 by Joseph Zeltzer. Originally specializing in sweet and table wines produced from local vineyards, the winery soon became known for its quality liqueurs. The visitor center is located in the heart of the village, in a building founded in 1925 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild, who wanted to use it to manufacture jasmine perfume, which is very common in the region. Today, the two-storey building has been restored and invites you to share the history of the winery and the different wines produced here.
