A beautiful year of existence for this newly opened restaurant in Cosne, an attractive front and above all a menu that promises beautiful agape. Everything here is 100% organic, 100% homemade and the cuisine is based on fresh seasonal produce. Listening to you, La Maison offers you gluten-free or vegan-free dishes, according to your taste. A regular menu of burgers and fries is really enticing and the gourmet formula has particularly attracted us. We started with a mesclun with poached pear and smoked duck breast, parmesan tile. This was followed by a medallion of Breton monkfish with Nantua white butter, a timbale of forest rice. A local break with a duo of cheeses and walnut salad or Rouy country cottage cheese with sugar or coulis, to achieve sweet pleasure with a mille-feuille minute mango grenadilles.
