Accueil par un jeune homme très sympa, et très enthousiaste ,pour l organisation de la visite des 16 écluses en septembre, avec un groupe, qui me dit OK pas de souci, je suis ravie, mais coup de fil dans la semaine d une collègue qui me dit pas possible, ca c est nettement pas cool du tout !!!!!!!!
