More and more local tourists are coming to visit the source of the Kwanza, the mythical Angolan river. After 8 kilometers of narrow, wooded and sandy track, a short path through the tall grass leads to this roughly landscaped spring. Visitors will be delighted to discover the first small wooden bridge built over the river. Beautiful scenery. A few women, followed by their children, come to fetch water near the spring. On some Sundays and public holidays, visitors settle in for the day with picnics and music.
