At the mouth of the Kwanza River, the location of this lodge is excellent and the views splendid. It's a great place to forget the chaos of the capital for a weekend. It's also a paradise for deep-sea fishermen, of whom many South Africans are regular customers. If you're not a fan, you can enjoy boat trips and a pleasant swimming pool. The comfortable, air-conditioned bungalows are set in lush gardens. There's also a restaurant serving international cuisine, with lovely river views.
