A contemporary work of art that is unusual and surprising, to say the least, in the heart of the Morvan city: the Niki de Saint Phalle fountain.

At the request of President François Mitterrand, who was mayor of the town, the sculptor and her husband created this spectacular articulated fountain basin which gives this square a lively, colourful and above all completely offbeat artistic note. An unusual and surprising contemporary work of art in the heart of the Morvandelle city. Although not everyone liked it, it is now a local curiosity that is a must see!
