As a "lunchtime" version between colleagues or an "afterwork" for a dinner between friends, Truffle Gourmet displays a traditional seasonal carte with dishes from the Italian tradition with strong Mediterranean flavours: fresh pasta, beef carpaccio with figs and truffles, lobster salad, vitello tonnato and eggplant caponat, pizza (without yeast), gourmet burrata, roasted sea bream filet… This is without forgetting a nice selection of pizzas paired with carefully selected wines. The dishes are copious, well presented and the service is friendly and efficient.
