Located in the southernmost part of Alberta, this park is home to the Áísínai'pi National Historic Site, which has the largest concentration of rock art in the Great Plains. The area has retained traces of its history and prehistory: thousands of years of erosion by wind and water have revealed dinosaur eggs near Milk River and carved hoodoos, mysterious, colorful rock pinnacles. These rock inscriptions reflect the culture of the Niitsítapi, or Blackfeet. Interpretation trails allow you to get closer to these impressive petroglyphs. Guided tours by reservation.
