Bacchus lovers will be overjoyed here. We can thank the knowledge and flair of Jennifer Vipond, co-owner and duly graduated in the field. To delight our taste buds, Thornbury-born chef Shaun Edmonstone works in the kitchens to offer market-fresh dishes that are perfectly matched to the wine list (the Ontario cheese platter is well worth the effort).
