In Minca, coffee is produced, but also "the food of the Gods": cocoa. The organic farm of Ana, Eugenio and Tuki the toucan, is located in a magnificent panorama, an hour's walk from the village, via a beautiful sloping road. Here you can discover the fascinating worlds of coffee and cocoa, from the seed to the cup. It is not a museum, Eugenio explains his job simply. At the end of the cocoa tour, Ana will apply a facial mask made of cocoa and other ingredients. This is the cherry on top of the chocolate cake!
