This seafront restaurant, with its ocean-facing terrace, offers contemporary, flexitarian cuisine. In other words, it moderates the quantities of meat and fish in favor of extreme quality (organic if possible) and freshness, and balances its dishes with a festival of vegetables, seeds and health-giving ingredients.
