This seafront restaurant, with its ocean-facing terrace, offers contemporary, flexitarian cuisine. In other words, it moderates the quantities of meat and fish in favor of extreme quality (organic if possible) and freshness, and balances its dishes with a festival of vegetables, seeds and health-giving ingredients. The whole is tasty, light and easy to eat. The tuna, just seared, and the fish of the day, cooked to perfection, are undeniably his strong points.

When you enter this dark, contemporary restaurant, you expect to find sophisticated dishes. And that's exactly what you'll find at this contemporary restaurant, which does a marvellous job of cooking fish and seafood, as well as meat carpacci. For starters, take a look at the scallops with braised chicory and pata negra, or the beef carpaccio with arugula and parmesan, followed by a filet of grilled sea bass with braised asparagus. You'll be salivating over it and have more appetite than a barracuda, that's for sure.
