Whether it's lunch with friends or dinner for two, a meal at Marlu promises an unforgettable taste experience. Here, you'll be invited to savor creative, seasonal cuisine featuring authentic flavors. Chef Julien works exclusively with fresh, local produce to guarantee quality dishes. For starters, he offers a Jerusalem artichoke accompanied by a smoked perfect egg and salad. Another option is pointed cabbage with yoghurt sauce and Nduja. You can then choose between barley dahl with cauliflower, served with rice pilaf and pesto, or cod served with white pea cream and burnt leeks. For dessert, sweet tooths will appreciate the melting pear, enhanced by vanilla and maple syrup.
