City Hall of Leuven, a gothic building, entirely jagged, with a roof riddled with a network of dormers

If you were to see just one monument in Leuven, it would undoubtedly be the magnificent Town Hall, which alone is worth a detour through the city. A lacework, a chiselled shrine, Flamboyant Gothic perfection - no superlative can do full justice to what is perhaps the most perfect Gothic civil monument of all time and place. It is currently under construction until 2029, when it will become an open house.

Il s'agit d'un très beau bâtiment situé dans le centre de Louvain, qui compte plus de 200 statues différentes. Si vous visitez Louvain, ne manquez pas de passer par le centre ville pour y jeter un coup d'œil.

Le bâtiment de l'hôtel de ville est magnifique !
Gothique, mais pas lugubre.
Construit avec une attention particulière aux détails, on peut le regarder pendant des jours !
L'hôtel de ville est situé au centre de la ville et à proximité d'autres attractions.
Il vaut vraiment la peine d'être visité !

Ancien hôtel de ville construit dans le style gothique au XVe siècle. Il n'était pas possible d'y entrer car il était en cours de rénovation
