A pretty building perched high up on the hillside, a terrace with a splendid view of the Flemish Ardennes: this is a very pleasant way to start. On the plate, elegance is also the order of the day. The cuisine is classic, Franco-Belgian and resolutely gastronomic. Two menus to choose from (3 or 5 courses) feature noble dishes that change with the seasons. For example, you can opt for a guinea fowl fillet with cognac, celeriac, parsnips and kale, or an interesting duckling with shiitake, kale, cranberries and chicory for the main course.
