The Floralies of Ghent is a quadrennial exhibition of flowers and plants organized by the Royal Agricultural and Botanical Society of Ghent. It is held in spring in the city of Ghent. The Floralies have a long history, dating back to 1809, when the first exhibition was held in a room at the Au Jardin de Frascati inn. Since then, the Floralies have evolved and taken place in different venues around the city, such as the Casino van Gent and the Palais des Floralies. The 2020 edition was to take place in Ghent's arts district, with flower and plant displays in inspiring gardens, floral artworks and art and nature projects. Floralies Ghent is a must-attend event for flower and plant lovers, offering a unique experience in the heart of the city.
