Comfortable hotel with view on the river in a barge, with rooms including 2 suites, organized evenings.
It's an original experience. A few years ago, Sven Van der Spur took the helm of this barge and transformed it into a comfortable hotel, complete with TV, wifi and minibar. The 7 rooms, including 2 suites, are all different and furnished with space and taste. And what a view of the river! No need to have sea legs, the waters of the Lys are calm in all seasons. In the morning, a continental breakfast is served in the sun, making you feel like you're on vacation! Depending on the weather, we organize seafood, cheese or barbecue evenings on deck.

Un hotel peculiar en el centro de la ciudad ,solo tiene cinco habitaciones y están perfectamente dotadas, Sven el propietario un encanto.

Zeer nette en schone kamer met een uitstekend bed! Badkamer ook keurig netjes! Luxe uitgebreid ontbijt met veel keuze uit brood en beleg. Bijzonder aardige gastheer en goede service! Locatie van The Boatel is zeer gunstig i.v.m. parkeren en de bereikbaarheid van het centrum van Gent.
