This is an address for adventurers. Not because it is located in a remote area (between Portus Ganda and the Ghent Dampoort train station), but rather because of its concept. It's a turnkey restaurant space available to restaurant owners who are starting out to test their concept before launching themselves. You will not know in advance what type of establishment will be there (the website will inform you). At the time of our visit, it was a Filipino restaurant. So, if you have an open mind and want to support young entrepreneurs and chefs, go for it!
