Just for a change from the French-Belgian cuisine, here is Gado-Gado, an Indonesian establishment. For the initiated, gado-gado is a Balinese specialty of vegetables with peanut sauce. Of course, you will find it on the menu as well as other delicacies such as different satés (chicken, fish...) or rendang padang (beef simmered in a sauce made of coconut and red peppers). We also recommend the rice tables to try several dishes at once. Nothing kitsch in the room, the touches of Indonesian decoration are scattered with parsimony.
