At the Tord-Boyaux, the boss is called Bruno. This sets the tone, the humour is there. Like when he mocks the anti-Covid security measures by naming his terrace "Van Laethem (epidemiologist spokesman of the government, NDLA). On the other hand, what a beautiful village address! Official Orval ambassador but also ambassador of all possible trappist beers, Bruno speaks about it with fervour and organises regular tasting evenings. During the winter of 2021-2022, TB has joined forces with Le Pré de Chez vous to create La Planque, a cheese restaurant.
