Talant continues to be one of the most dynamic towns in Greater Dijon. Mayor Fabian Ruinet, true to his commitments, is leading major projects to transform his community. At the forefront is Cap Ouest, where work will start in 2025 to restructure not only the Point du Jour shopping center, but also surrounding facilities such as the library. On a six-hectare plot of land, the municipality intends to strengthen shops and maintain public services, but also to create new residential housing in a reasoned manner to bring a mix of housing to the Belvédère district with private owners. By 2028 or 2029, the neighborhood should have a whole new look. Other investments will help to beautify the town and further enhance its quality of life, as well as improving public tranquillity and education. The Ménétrier space, the cherry tree district, bicycle paths and even the creation of a pond: the projects follow one another, but are not alike. The town also continues to focus on culture, and can count on the brand-new Écrin concert hall and its exceptional program. So, this year, take to the skies in Talant!

Le Personnel de la mairie très aimable
Mais les futurs projets de Mr Ruinet mal acceptés par les Talantais
