It is a very complete centre that really adapts to your lifestyle and works in partnership with the Freestyle Club located in downtown. Complete because, at Fitness Studio, the facilities allow to develop many different activities. We can say that the configuration of the places lends themselves to it: a collective classroom of 180 m ² where more than 60 courses are organized a week. A renovated cardio-training area as well as a high-strength workout tray. Large and very well organized, the centre is animated by a trained and attentive teacher. More specifically, you are offered muscular and relaxation activities (pilates, stretching, body bar, thighs, buttocks abs, bust, back, slimming circuit) and on the other hand, cardio and dance courses (zumba, boxing, freedance, salsa, step). With regard to the use of machines, everything that is strength and cardio training, a sports educator is constantly present to accompany you and show you good gestures and bad gestures. On weekends, outside players come to offer their know-how through one hour demonstrations - dance, step, martial arts, cardios… - which subscribers can subscribe to the card. A good opportunity to discover sports until then unknown. And who knows, to taste it!
